  Look, I don't have a problem with browsing and even buying anything at a Sears, but this location at Music City Mall (formally Vista Ridge Mall) is just sad.
  
  After reading the other reviews, I'm writing this review to confirm that some of what was said is true.
  
  In spots, there are certain departments that look sparse for merchandise while others look normal. Also, we had employees either walk right passed us or stood around talking and never acknowledged us (or anyone else for that matter).
  
  But, I think everyone sees the writing on the wall (very quiet Sears in a struggling mall) so I can't really blame them for feeling the way they do.
  
  On the positive side, this is also the cleanest Sears I've ever been to and it seems like the employees take pride in that considering that we saw nearly all of them cleaning.
