  My family has had several jobs completed by this company (2 fences and 1 roof). On May 15th I contacted Scott and explained that the top swing bolt on my gate was broken. Scott told me that he was the customer service person that handles these issues and he could help me with my problem. He asked me to send pictures of the bolt so that he would know what parts to order. I sent him the pictures within minutes and he confirmed that he got them. He indicated that he would order the parts. On May 17th I checked with him to see if he was able to locate parts. He stated, "I'm still working on it. I haven't forgotten about you." On May 22nd I still had not heard from Scott so I contacted him again to check on the status. He then informed me that he had turned everything over to Keith to handle, but not to worry I was at the top of the list to get my gate fixed. Well today is May 30th and I still have not received a call from Keith, and Scott has never bothered to follow-up with me about the fence repair. Just for the record I found a replacement bolt at Tractor Supply Store for around $15, so there was no welding required like Scott had implied. He was trying to say that this was going to be a complicated fix, but it wasn't. My mom needs a new roof on her house, but their failure to respond to my fence repair has cost them a $12,000+ roofing job. This is the second time this company has failed to address issues with my fence. It is very apparent that this company does not value their existing customers as Scott tried to assure me over the phone. This company has very poor customer service and I would not recommend this company to anyone. I hope the company owner reads these reviews and realizes that he has 2 employees that are damaging the reputation of his business.
